Booking Terms & Conditions

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
Liquor Licensing Laws prevent the consumption of alcohol on board our vehicles. Waiting time is charged of 30 minutes should your scheduled departure be delayed. No refunds will be given in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions. Components of trips are run by third parties and Pinnacle Coachlines (A & N Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd) cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel. Pinnacle Coachlines (A & N Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd) can’t guarantee pick up or drop off times and is not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or any associated costs resulting from such delays. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage.

For extended charters final passenger numbers are required 60 days prior to departure where accommodation is required. A rooming list with passenger names for accommodation is required 30 days prior to the group’s departure. If no rooming list is received within the given time frame, accommodation may be cancelled at the hotel property’s discretion.

LIABILITY
Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our passengers, Pinnacle Coachlines (A & N Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd) cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contractors. Passengers should note that adventure travel involves a higher than normal risk and a signed release may be required from all participants before departure. Pinnacle Coachlines (A & N Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd) also assumes no responsibility for any act of negligence, act or omission whatsoever by any company whose services are used as part of packages provided, including but not limited to activity and accommodation providers.

DIESEL FUEL LEVY
Pinnacle Coachlines (A & N Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd) reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge as a result of escalation in the price of crude oil.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation Fees Day Charters:

  • 3+ days prior to departure; no fee payable

  • 1 -2 days prior to departure; 50% of total price

  • 24 hours prior to departure; 100% of total price

Cancellation Fees Extended Charters:

  • 60+ days prior to departure; loss of deposit

  • 30 – 59 days prior to departure; 25% of total price

  • 15 – 29 days prior to departure; 50% of total price

  • 0 - 14 days prior to departure; 100% of total price

The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation house properties, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator cancellation fees.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
Deposits and payment structures vary on group and booking. Please refer to your Confirmation of Charter cover letter for your specific deposit and payment requirements. A tax invoice is available on request to [email protected]. Please note the driver is not able to accept payment on the day.

A deposit of $200 will be required to confirm an Extended Charter. With the remainder due at least 7 days prior to departure. Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in cancellation of your booking. Deposits are non-refundable with hotels. Credit card payments attract a surcharge fee of 1.5% (Master Card and Visa) and 3% (Amex). If preferring a deposit booking/s please call our reservations office on (+61) 8 6270 6000.

AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS

Amendment Fees
Charges may be levied by hotels, ground operators and third party suppliers for amendments to bookings. Amendments to any other arrangements made in conjunction with your trip may incur a AU$50 administration fee per booking per change. This fee is in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines.

Cancellation by Pinnacle Coachlines
We may cancel a booking at any time up to 28 days before departure. We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, Travel Insurance excess or non-refundable flights – please ask your booking consultant for details.

B: OUR SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Normally when you purchase our products and/or services and book travel arrangements on this Website your agreement is with Pinnacle Coachlines.

In addition, when you book any products or services from us, you will do so subject to these Website Terms and Conditions, our Booking Terms and Conditions and such further terms and conditions as may be applied by the hotel or cruise ship where you will be staying (together, the “Conditions of Contract”). These Conditions of Contract constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Pinnacle Coachlines in relation to their subject matter. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Conditions of Contract and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our Conditions of Contract in full, you must stop using our Website immediately. These Conditions of Contract may vary from time to time. By browsing this Website you accept that you are bound by the Conditions of Contract current at the time when you browse or book.

Please note that Pinnacle Coachlines may provide accommodation, transport from a wide range of third party accommodation providers and carriers including airlines, ships and railways. The provision of these arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions of each provider or carrier as part of your Conditions of Contract with us (either as agent for the provider or carrier or as part of our holiday package as you will see in section 1 of the Booking Terms and Conditions). Other holiday and travel related services such as travel insurance, car hire, foreign exchange and travel money cards are supplied by our selected service providers and are available for you to purchase through our own branded websites or directly via the supplier website – the supply of these products and services to you shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each service provider and not us. We cannot list all of the suppliers and their terms and conditions here but you will be able to find the terms and conditions or conditions of carriage for these suppliers on their own web sites – you will need to have read them carefully before you book and/or travel.
